Tryout Prep Clinics are 3-hour clinics to work on sideline cheer essentials. The goal is to introduce students to the tryout experience for school cheer. In addition to learning tips for tryouts, attendees will have an opportunity to go through a mock tryout process! Each clinic will feature new material to help attendees get better and better after each one!

JOY-n us for a good time!
Fun Gym Friday is an opportunity for ages 6 and up to let loose and have a blast with friends! There’s music, fun, games, and of course, all the gym equipment to jump and play on! STUNT CLINIC ft. Univ. of South Alabama Co-Ed & All Girl Cheer
Sunday, January 26 @ Cheer Force One Ocean Springs

3rd-10th Graders / 2:00-4:00pm
11th-12th Graders / 4:30-6:30pm
Come stunt with the South Alabama Jags!​
This stunt clinic is open to 3rd-12th Graders (see specific times above) and will be run as two separate clinics. Bases, Backspots, and Flyers welcome! The registration is $35 per attendee, and space is limited - this clinic is expected to fill!
